How it all began....July 20, 2011

We made settlement on July 20, 2011.  It was 102 degrees outside and we had champagne chilling in the car.  After two hours our lawyer informed us everyone was getting ready to walk away from the table.  You see there was a sale pending on half an acre and there were issues with the agreements.  In the end we agreed to the terms and we received our keys.  I included the pics from how it looked the day we bought it.  Stayed tuned for all the changes.
